Service Description

We'll have a short discussion about your goals for the session on both physical and energetic levels. Where is there discomfort in your body and what's going on in your life or your healing journey that needs support? We'll use therapeutic massage therapy and energy modalities which may include some of the following: crystals, sound healing, reiki, meditation, messages from guides/loved ones/spirit, and shamanic practices.
